H&M Garden Collection

As many of you may know a press release of H&M

and it's stupid acts were released to the public.

You can read one of many articles here

BUT they have apologized

and promised to change this.

On a side note, they are releasing a collection

called "The Garden Collection."

All of the clothes are made from sustainable materials such as:

* Organic cotton is cotton that has been grown without the use of hazardous chemicals.

* Organic linen is linen that has been grown without the use of hazardous chemicals.

* Recycled polyester is polyester made from PET-bottles or textile waste.

* Tencel is silky, renewable material produced with minimal environmental impact.

It's fabulously green AND the clothes are SUPER cute.

You can't go wrong with vibrant floral print for S/S2010.

Obento Diaries #1

As of starting this quarter,

because I will be on campus for over 10 hours on some day,

I decided to pack my own lunch every morning

and eat it on campus so I do not waste money

on fatty foods on campus.

Obento in Japanese means boxed food, basically.

I bought a few new boxes from my trip to Tokyo

and I brought up a few that I used when I was little.

They're smaller and compact so I can control my portions as well!

Today is day one!

I cannot wait to wake up tomorrow morning and cook my next lunch =]

On a side note, I came back up to Bellingham last night!

After spending three weeks in Japan,

this is what I came back up with...

I still need to go pick up my package of stuff

that didn't fit into my luggage that was sent from Tokyo this weekend.

and this is my new door decor.

I'm going for a elegant, soft colored Princess room look.

I'm excited to decorate as the year goes along.

The sash and balloon are from my lovely roommates

that I received three weeks ago for my birthday and

the dress I bought freshmen year of college

for a project in my education class.

that's it for now.

I cannot believe I am sitting here already talking about the year 2010. CRAZY! I seriously feel like I was just welcoming 2009. 2009 was an interesting year to say the least, not the best, but it was definitely a year of growth and learning. I am excited to apply what I learned in '09 to '10.

I really wouldn't want to spend the transition from the old to the new year in any other way. I am with my fabulous grandma watching a famous countdown music television. It's not my New Year's Resolution this year, because I do want to be realistic, but my goal is to be on this show one day...very soon =]

I never write my New Year's Resolution, but this year, I thought maybe if I write it out, I am more than likely to follow it because I have something to look back on.
1. Sing more...in public =] I never sing in public, but what do I want to be again? Yah, a singer, I better do that asap, HA.
2. Getting into the music industry is such a slow and tedious process, sometimes so frustrating, but this is what I want to do, and I am going to follow it. Auditions, demos, sweet talking HERE I COME.
3. Look like I've lost 20 pounds.
4. I've been doing extremely well in school these past two years, but my resolution is to keep it up, and stay in the Elementary Ed program.
5. Keep all toxic things away from me, that includes people.

I have more I suppose, but really I just want to live the way I want, morally, and respectfully, I want to have a non-regretful 2010.

I just turned 21, I have good grades, a more than supportive surrounding, I sing...it's about to be an unforgettable year if everything is applied right.

In Tokyo, my grandparents got rid of their tree

so I frantically went out and bought a small one

for the sake of my shameless Christmas spirit.

At the end of the year,

people send each other gifts called "Oseebou."

It's kind of like a "thank you for the wonderful year" type gift.

My grandpa being a doctor for so long,

receives TONS of them, and this flower bouquet is one of them.

So pretty.

I love.

I am letting myself indulge in all of my favorite foods throughout the day

and feasting for the sake of Christmas!

Japan is big on being eco-friendly.

So big that it has got models in their 20's

working to make farming a "cute/cool" thing to do.

Organic farming, that is.

On top of everything, they're doing it in fabulous clothing.

Shiho Fujita, a famous model in Tokyo

didn't like the clothing that people wore to do work in the fields.

She's designed overalls,

plastic gloves for girls and their long decorated nails

and cuter/better farm tools

to make it more appealing to the younger generation.

I personally think this is a splendid idea.

Only Japanese girls would do it this fabulous.

I love it.

Oh and p.s. I LANDED IN TOKYO!

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Even though we all should be thankful everyday of our lives,

it's nice to spend a day off with the family and friends

and soak in all the happy goodness.

For Thanksgiving every year

my family goes over to our family friend's house

along with several other usual families and have a HUGE,

delicious dinner/potluck.

This year it was yams, turkey, vegetarian baked pasta,

fusion salad, sushi, fresh home baked multi-grain bread

and an array of steamed vegetables.

Dessert consisted of upside down apple pie, pumpkin "ice cream"

pecan pie and chocolate raspberry bars.

Needless to say, I INDULGED.

Thanksgiving is always an important day for me

because midnight today, it marks the start of my holiday season.

Which is my ULTIMATE favorite time of the year.

Until midnight of Thanksgiving,

I don't do anything Christmas related.

No music, no movies, no tree.

This holiday season is about to be EPIC.

It's about 9:20 right now,

in two in a half hours I am popping in The Grinch

and putting on the first Christmas music of 2009.

I took so many pictures tonight,

I'll post them tomorrow.

Last night was ABC's American Music Awards.

I only watched Gaga's performance,

which was, LIKE ALWAYS,

simply and yet so complicatedly

AMAZING.

Always on another level.

Award shows usually are a must see

for every little die hard fashionistas.

This award show...

not the best in the fashion department.

Kind of disappointing, actually.

I did spot out Rihanna's Marchesa dress from S/S2010 though.

LOVE IT!

It's very origami/paper cut out esque.

Something that has been bugging me lately is that I have not wrote about anything environmental, or eco-friendly in FOREVER. This blog is supposed to combine the city life, fashion and "greenli-ness" all together to create a fab feel. Super bummed that I haven't quite found anything up to par to blog about that relates to the environment. I AM looking and keeping my eye out so I can blog about it ASAP as soon as I see something.

The most fabulous/time worthy event just opened last night!

Three Apples (most of you may know, that's Hello Kitty's weight)

collaborated with Sanrio and JapanLA to open a gallery

filled with EVERYTHING Hello Kitty to celebrate her 35th birthday!

The venue is at Royal/T a stunning and playful,

Japanese-inspired art exhibition space, retail store and café.

It's located in Culver City’s.

There's everything from sculptures, paintings and drawings from famous artists

to outfits celebrities have worn when collaborated with the lovely kitty.

There's even a gift shop that sells goods and gifts.

Some of the stuff is exclusively for this store/event.

There's different categories to the event,

one of them being The Hello Kitty Apartment.

"A living installation to showcase wall the legendary breadth of Hello Kitty product in an apartment-like setting. Taking over the glass walled façade of Royal/T, the apartment will be built to represent a Tokyo apartment. This space, complete with live inhabitants for the duration of the exhibit, will feature wall-to-wall Hello Kitty lifestyle products geared toward teens & young adults, from bedding & kitchenware to a decked out Hello Kitty toilet." - Hello Kitty Junkie

I honestly could go on for days talking about how amazing this event is,

and everything I want to see at this gallery.

I AM SERIOUSLY DYING RIGHT NOW just knowing

that this is going on two states below me.

It runs until the 15th of November, and it's FREE.

this year "Akimatsuri" or "fall festival."

I met a lot of new people,

saw a lot of familiar faces

and met a local artist, Ken Taya.

Yeezy blogged about him before,

and I recognized his artworks from various

Japanese restaurants around WA.

I love the icons/symbols and colors

he uses in all of his artworks.

It reminds me of all of the places that I LOVE back in Tokyo.

Most of his artworks are mash-ups of pop-culture in Japan.

September is finally here!

It's been Sept. in Japan for about two days now.

The weather is finally acting like the month too,

although it's still humid as hell.

Just thought I'd stop by and say Happy September.

On a second thought,

I'd like to introduce the new BMW concept car.

It's a plug-in hybrid with a

three-cylinder turbo-diesel engine,

which means bio-diesel can be used.

A lot of people seem to be hesitant to put

bio-diesel in a regular diesel engine car,

but I assure to those people

that it's 100% safe.

I put bio-diesel in my car,

and it has a regular diesel engine.

Now-a-days, even drinking champagne has an eco choice.

Everything is made from recycled material

like the bottle, labels etc.

The ink on the labels are written with

water based ink...

which means no toxins.

Being at college, (this is such a lame excuse)

I just don't feel the NEED to accessorize my outfits.

Coco Chanel once said

to always look in the mirror before leaving the door

and take off one part of your outfit.

Usually, it gets too gaudy and

by taking off something,

it makes it okay for the public.

I guess I have always just taken that advice

and stopped wearing accessories all together

even though I am obsessed beyond belief.

Fall 2009, I believe there are

two key accessories coming back slash

making a bigger comeback.

DOUBLE WRAP BELTS:

I remember buying double wrap belts when I was probably around 12.

I'm ecstatic they're coming back in

because they add such a simple, but cute accent to a wardrobe.

Free People has some cute ones, like the one shown above.

Studs are also going to play a vital role in 2009-2010.

A lot of high end designers such as Burberry and Balmain

have started to use it on their clothing.

This belt is able to be worn casually with

acid wash denim shorts like above,

or perhaps with a colorful, sweetheart dress.

Either way, studs + double wrap = dream.

I think they're getting pretty common,

I know Free People has a few kinds right now.

Gaudy Headbands:

These Blair Waldorf-esque headbands are all the rage right now.

They too add a clean accent to a boring outfit.

The gaudier, the better.

Colorful platforms, tights, simple black body-con

white blazer and a headband will create a good day outfit

as well as a fun outfit for the fall night in Seattle.

Yesterday I channeled into my inner chef.

Being the daughter of one,

I knew I had it in me =]

I was craving pizza so I made my own version of

GREEK PIZZA.

I made my own whole wheat dough

and baked it with olive oil and flour

in a 450degree oven.

Afterward I topped it off with Greek Salad

dressed with a homemade lemon herb vinaigrette.

I needed dessert, so I made cookie sandwiches!

I used whole wheat again,

and instead of butter or sugar

I used vegan butter (SOO MUCH LESS FATTENING)

and Blue Agave which is a nectar

but a quarter of calories and it's so sweet that

the regular amount of sugar is unneeded!

I put organic homemade frosting in the middle.

Obviously, I put sprinkles on the cookies before putting it in the oven.

I boxed them up and gave them away.
(the four sandwiches were what I had left)

Cooking filled day = success!

I was on a walk last night

with one of my face lover,

Jackie.

She informed me about this new car.

"It runs only on air or something!"

Direct quote from Jackie.

I searched for it early this morning,

while I was eating my banana and drinking one liter of H2O of course.

The company who makes it is Tata Motors

which is an auto car from INDIA. (India and environmental, what?!)

The MDI Air Car uses compressed air to push its engine’s pistons.

They came out with three models,

OneCat, MiniCat and CityCat.

(in order listed above)

They all run on the same engine,

with choices of 2,4 or 6 cylinders.

You also have a choice to change solely let it run on the

standard compressed air engine

or a hybrid flex fuel / compressed air engine combination.

These cars are meant for only within the city.

They only go about 35 mph.

BUT the combination engine with the hybrid flex fuel

can go to about 68 mph after the 35 mph mark.

Something beneficial about these cars is that

this air car automatically shuts down the engine

when the car is stationary.

While sitting at a red light,

this car won't be burning any fuel like other typical cars.

People usually say that small cars are dangerous,

but this one is actually labeled as one of the safest cars out today

even though it's very light.

I'm in!

I like them, they're too cute.

I hope more cars like these come out

as technology advances.

Actually I know there will be.

But that's a secret right now that I cannot reveal.

Organic Food Not Healthier, Study Finds

First and foremost,

let me educate you on Organic Foods.

The article is right, there is no

"extra nutrient" in O-foods,

but that was proven so long ago and

that's not why people buy them.

It's beneficial to the environment.

Pesticides and chemicals used on conventional foods

either seep into the ground through the soil

or end up running off into the water stream

and does hard to our eco-system.

THAT'S the reason why people buy them.

Also, some people just prefer not to intake

nasty chemicals into their body.

Some pesticides are proven to be

carcinogens which means cancerous.

A great intake of them can cause damage to the nervous system.

Some other pesticides affect hormones in the body.

Just in general, why would you want to eat chemicals?

Pesticides don't come off easily from fruits and vegetables either.

So the idea of just rinsing it off with water and being

pesticide free is incorrect.

This article is so misleading.

I follow Louis Vuitton on twitter

and I came across this video the other day.

I've in LOVE with Takashi Murakami's work ever since

he collaborated with LV the for the first time.

I've mentioned about him before in my blog talking

about the shirts he designed for a charity event in Japan.

His work, his aura, everything about him intrigues me.

This video is colorful and extremely cute!

It has the whole Alice in Wonderland feel to it

with all of the magical-ness and time warp.

I thought of the Japanese animation film called "Totoro"

when I first watched it, because of the big "Kaikai" and

little "Kaikai."

I think if any of you guys have ever seen that movie,

you'll have a better grasp of what I'm talking about.

Supreme - One of my favorite high end clothing brands for men. EST 1994, NYC.

We all obviously know the answer.

I thought it was really interesting though that Supreme's

logo is the way it is, because one of the first

art work Ms. Kruger did was this ad:

It's a chic ad, and

definitely drew more attention to commercialism and

shopping - just spending money in general.

It glamorized it.

The ad stands out with the colors and font used.

I think, it was a clever marketing strategy by Supreme

to influence their logo based on her.

I am beyond belief excited about her documentary.

A lot of people question my love for certain celebrities

I feel like she is no different from every other Beverly Hills/

Plus I happen to know that it's secretly every girl's dream to be her.

I think people should give her a chance and watch the documentary;

This morning, I was doing my usual reading of the news.

Then, I cam across this gruesome story.

Never have I ever read such a story in the media before.

It's extremely filled with detail and terror.

They also blame the Mexican's.

Doesn't that sound a bit racist?

Last quarter, I had the opportunity to take a sociology class

that dealt with race and ethnic relations.

I learned there that news stations have the tendency to

over dramatize stories that deal with oppressed races.

Let's look at a few key points:

- This article does a really good job of putting terror into readers.

- Happening in the suburbs where children are out playing. If I were a parent, I

would definitely think twice before letting my kids go out and play just themselves

in the neighborhood.

- The picture given along with the article is gruesome and full of impact.

- They refer to the "bad guys" as coyotes. That gives such a bad image to the

"Mexicans" that are being talked about. I can't help, but fear them and

think "they're animalistic, savages, beasts."

I understand that crimes like these occur in places.

But is it really necessary to call out/blame a certain race?

I can almost guarantee you that there are a lot of other races associated with

crimes such as these.

Why aren't they being reported about?

Am I just making a big deal?

I will be pondering about this today.

On a side note--It's sunny! I will choose to go outside and play

we all scream for ice cream...kind of.

Ever since 31 cent scoop night at Baskin and Robbins,

I have been in an ice cream mood,

which is odd, because I dislike ice cream,

like, a lot.

I blame the warm weather last week for my cravings.

So I thought I would share some of my favorite shops

from when I used to eat it/what I had last week.

1. Procopio Gelateria Italian Ice Cream:
I like this place because they have "Fruit Ices" aka sorbet

that don't have ice cream characteristics

and are really fruity/tasty.

They also have chocolate based gelato

as well as "white" based gelato.

If you're not exactly in the mood for ice cream

you can also order yummy Italian sweets!

2. Molly Moons
I will only eat this ice cream for the rest of my life.

Seriously, one of the best ice cream shops in Seattle.

Not only is there ice cream delicious,

they are all natural PLUS the containers and

utensils are compostable

which means it is environmentally friendly because it produces no waste.

I recommend their Salted Caramel flavor.

Sounds some what odd, but really it tastes like heaven.

Their Coffee flavor is good too.

It's fun going here since there are exotic flavors

such as Balsamic Strawberry and Baby Beet Sorbet.

I haven't tried those yet,

but when I gain the confidence, I shall.

My friend had their "Scout Mint" flavor

which consisted of mint ice cream with

chunks of Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies.

Looked SOOO bomb.

There is ALWAYS a line going into the store,

but don't lose hope, it goes by fairly quickly.

I recommend their Capitol Hill store rather than

Wallingford since it goes by quicker.

3. Diddy Riese
Now, this shop isn't located in WA,

if you're ever in California, though,

this place is a must go.

Not only are their ice cream flavors/ice cream sandwiches heavenly,

their prices are seriously unbeatable.

This is a fun place because it's not your original

ice cream shop, most people go here to create their own

ice cream sandwiches.

They have a lot of flavors to choose from as well as

different kinds of warm home baked cookies.

As for now, because I'm no where near California

I will be making these my style at my home.

That's enough ice cream for now.

I have been extremely busy with
school lately, I haven't really had
the time to truly R&R.

This weekend I am going home
and doing just that.

watch a few movies,

Top on my list is Earth.
It's a documentary directed
by Alastair Fothergill.

The film combines rare action,

wildest and most elusive creatures."

I'm sure this movie isn't going
to talk about anything that
we already don't know
such as effects of global warming
and survival of the fittest,
but nonetheless
I find it intriguing
and completely worth my time.
I didn't really get to do
anything to celebrate Earth Day,
so I think watching this will be my tribute.

Green Festival

Spring break is donezo!

Kinda sad, but I am definitely ready

to get back into school mode.

I ended my spring break very environmentally,

I went to The Green Festival

at the Seattle Convention Center.

It was simply amazing!

It was really informative,

I really liked looking at all of the new

environmental technologies and ideas

that could really help out in the future.

The energy was really positive.

A lot of major companies like

T-Mobile and Horizon were there.

Horizon and other organic food companies

gave out fatty sample packs of their products.

Overall it was really fun!

There was a HUGE turnout,

but I hope more people will go next year.

My dad randomly came upstairs today while I was working and asked me if I had seen something breathtaking lately. I thought, and replied yes, the scenery of Shibuya from the train station - I thought he was going to slab a bitch. He told me not something like that, but something that nature has made, something created by God - something so breathtaking that you're almost in tears and you can feel your spine tingle. I said no, maybe two years ago when I was forced to go to Northern California to camp for a week - the stars that you saw from the mountains were seriously ridiculous, but I can't say I really have. He then proceeded to lecture me about "soul searching."

Apparently, your soul comes from an area where it is pure BLISS.
I mean, we all have an idea of what bliss is,
but we don't actually KNOW.
No negativity, all happiness.
It's beyond belief to our knowledge.
Your soul is essentially "stuck" in your body,
but want's to go back to the bliss state,
and that's what gives humans the feeling of desire.
Your soul wants to be happy so bad,

It's been almost a week since spring flung,
and it's still absolutely freezing.
On these cold days,
I just feel like cuddling with my
puppies and eating.
If you know my family,
we never have food,
just prepared foods from the nights before.
I hate leftovers,
but today, I was forced to eat it
because spending $70 on food everyday
is just plain selfish
and has created a ginormous hole on my bank statement.
So, I modified the leftovers.
IT WASN'T TOO BAD.
It was actually really good.
I guess I take on father's traits.

Okay, maybe it doesn't look
TOO appetizing, but I swear it was good.
I put saffron rice, edamame and corn
into mother's tomato veggie soup.
It tasted like a fabulous risotto!
Eating it with a big spoon
was like the cherry on top.

They're solar powered,

and of course uses LED lights,

which is good because it's bright and lasts

SUPER long which = less waste of light bulbs.

Plus, because their sold at IKEA,

they're IKEA priced.

HOW FABULOUS.

All the colors make it so pretty.

This light reminds me of my art project that

will be released soon!

I'm really excited to show everyone

what I have been working on!

Anyways, even if you're not environmental,

you should go get these lights anyways

because it will reduce your electric bill

Last week, Spain set a world record.

They got 40% of their energy from

their wind turbines.

The question is,

why aren't we (the US) setting

records when we're the number one country

with wind turbines.

I absolutely love the feeling of being inspired,
feeling insignificant
and extremely small.
I think that's why I like star gazing so much.

In one of my classes,
we watched a movie called "Triage."
It was a documentary on this famous
humanitarian doctor and I'm not going to lie...
I cried in class watching this movie.
You feel angry, sad and completely useless,
but I think those feelings are something
you need to feel to get stuff done,
to make a change.
I felt such a big connection to the message
that was being portrayed in the film.
I've always felt like people just need to
snap out of,
stop hiding from the truth
of what's occurring around you,
your community
and neighboring countries.
If people really want to make a change,
then I think people should just go and do it.
Do whatever it takes.
I want to be that kind of person.
I don't want to be all talk.
Yah, it's depressing.
but it's also reality.

I finally turned 20!!
I can't believe it,
age 19 went by SOOO fast.
A lot happened.
I'm anxious to see what this decade will bring me.

Tonight, I'm going out to eat dinner with my family

DECEMBER IS HEREEE!
I am sooo super excited, it's kind of ridiculous.
Holiday season is the best time of the year BY FAR.
Midnight of Thanksgiving, I blasted xmas music
for the first time in a year.
I don't do anything holiday-esq until
Thanksgiving is over and done with.
That includes no Starbucks holiday cups,
holiday movies/music,
sale shopping,
and so much more.
It's a superstition that I have.
I feel like the season will be jinxed if I do anything before the
ACTUAL season.
I completely believe this too...
case and point: LAST YEAR.
My friend's phone went off and he had put a Christmas
song on for one of his ringtones and I accidentally
listened to it. ...
That year's season was TERRIBLE.
I was sick for most of break,
fought with my mom hardcore,
I was just down in general.
This year's should be bomb ^____^

I got a puppy the other day!!!
He's a two month old Pomapoo (pomeranian/toy poodle)
After two days of hard thinking and trials,
I named him Kuma.
It means "bear" in Japanese.
He's absolutely an angel.

He's always sleeping and wobbling around.

I hope everybody is spending a non-materialistic holiday season so far

I've lived by that motto for so long.
I came up with it for a high school project years ago.
It's a keeper, lol.

YAY! Something to blog about!
I've been trying to find an excuse to blog forever!
But I just really didn't know what to ramble about.
I mean, I haven't been doing anything different to be
more "eco" nor have I changed my mood for my singing career.
It's basically been, singing and and a lot of school work.
BUT, today, I have something special to talk about.
Something that should be taken time to be noticed.

I went to my Environmental Science class today
and we basically talked about how this world is
WAAAAAAY too populated.
There is simply not enough resources nor space
to supply our demands;
especially when there are developing countries
not really caring about the environment.
We, as the United States, REALLY can't be saying much though.
We have the biggest per capita than any other country-
it's about 7.83 METRIC TONS OF OIL PERRRR YEAR.
Africa is only about 0.38 metric tons.
On top of that population is only growing
and realistically it'll have to crash...
REALLY SOON.
That's IF we don't do anything about it.
So, what does that mean?!
Parasite and diseases are going to eat us.
NO JOKE.
Or we can take care of population SOMEHOW sketchy
and sacrifice less people then the parasite and disease option.
Just basically the whole hour and half of class
was how this earth is probably going to crash and burn
soon because there are too many people on this planet
that are greedy and selfish.
I really wish environmental science classes are more
focused on how to help the environment and
restoration rather then how
the world is going to crash and burn.

SUCH A GOOD WAY TO START MY MORNING.

Finally I find some time to blog!
I've just been really busy lately,
getting stuff done.
It's a good thing ^__^

It's already been a week since I've been back from Tokyo!
SOOOOO fast.
I still haven't put all of my clothes away.
I need to find the space >___<
But anyways, I'm home and it's not TOO bad.
Besides the fact that the food suck
and there's like 10000 calories in each item.
But that's the reason I bought Core Rhythm.
It's soooo popular in Japan,
I just HAD to try it out.
It's an exercise video that includes different latin dance movements
that work your whole body, mainly your abdominal region.
It's been really fun and I've heard really good stories about this one.

Other then exercising,
I've been starting to sort of re-pack my belongings.
I'm moving next week!
I really don't know what to expect for this coming up school year.
Good thing?
I don't know.
We'll see what it brings.
I just know what I have to do
and I wont let anything get in the way.
My dream is to become an idol in Japan,
and it will happen.

Last night I went to the H&M launch party in Seattle!
It was a lot of fun,
not so much glamorous people as I hoped there would be.
Guys were definitely more fashionable.
I did see a girl wearing a pair of Extremes though.
Those are always fun to look at.
SamRon was DJ-ing the event.
That was interesting too.

But yah, that's been me in a week.
After I get settled in in my new house
with my fabulous house mates,

I haven't written in SOOOOO long.
I've been so busy lately.
I'm going back to Seattle in about two days.
I'm sad to leave Tokyo,
but I have tons of stuff I have to do to get prepare
for my career.

I used to think that going to back to Seattle was a drag..
and it still is kind of.
I've always said going back to Seattle was like
going back to reality.
This time, it's a little different.
I've realized that Tokyo is my reality,
I mean it is...
it's where my career is...
and everything that I absolutely love is here.
Seattle is just somewhere where I have to go back for right now
to help my dream come true.
It's just the place that is given to me to complete my tasks.
And I'm okay with that

Next time I come back to Japan,
I will be so much closer to where I want to be.

Also I really would like to thank SunMusic
for taking care of me this whole three months.
They've given me tons of advice
and listened every time I needed them to.
I really hope one day that Becky will become my "sempai"
...basically a senior in the industry..
kinda like how a sophomore would be a "sempai"
for a freshmen in high school.

LOL, on a lighter note..
I got my nails done today!

some last minute pampering in Tokyo.

Tomorrow is a Ferragamo fashion show
and a make-up convention.

Hopefully I can blog before I go back to Seattle..

Today is 24HR.Television.
I seriously can't believe it's already this time of the year.
I get the charity shirts every year.
Last year is was Nigo who designed them,
this year is Takashi Murakami.
SOOOO BOMB.
I just heart him so much, I got the blue AND yellow one.
HEEHEEE.
This year's theme is "Promise, your most important promise."
So I thought...what can I promise?

I was woken up soooo early today.
Like 4:30 am,
There was a huge lightening/thunder storm
and TONS of rain.
Tokyo flooded.
Tokyo NEVER floods.
There were people trapped in cars and houses.
Some people even passed away because they drowned in their own house.
That's how much it rained.
It was one of the scariest mornings EVER.
And it's said to be repeated tonight.
COOL.
This weather pattern is too crazy.
It was seriously so cold last week,
and now all of sudden it's humid and deathly hot.
ugh.

I hope everyone is okay.
Stay safe, don't go out side,
unless it's safer outside.
